Not sure exactly how I fell into these guys, but am glad I did. Somewhat 'out there' European jazz/rock fusion stuff early 70's. Recorded live in 1973, Erna Morena is the only album I own by them (so far), and it's quite a ride. The opening track, titled "Frau Theunissen's Kegel" kicks things off on the right track with some high velocity fusion and is pretty great. The rest of side A and all of side B is dedicated to the"Erna Morena" suite, and they are a markedly more spacey and possibly [?] improvised compositions. Overall, this album is pretty cool, but not for the faint of heart unless you are already down with this kind of stuff. Here's a link to the opener if you'd like to give it a listen.
