Tangerine Dream’s first album is not like their others. They went through some pretty heady transformations before arriving at the (still heady) more accessible Phaedra and Rubycon period. Their only album to feature Klaus Schulze as a member before he left to pursue an equally fascinating solo career. If you’re not sure about this early TD, I’d say this is a good a start as any when it comes to the first four records.
