I sort of bought this on a whim because I recognized the cover from an ambient playlist I had dug into on Spotify. I suspected it would contain some new age type elements, and it does, but it’s also a very chill album with progressive leanings as well as a lot of nice world music instrumentation due to Vollenweider’s serious multi-instrumentalist abilities. Nice album.
