This album dropped in 2008 and it seemed like a fresh push of promotion for Bellenthon at the time. There was a music video made for Son Of Perdition and the band released a 4-track EP (Wraiths And Tyrants) in 2009. But then… well, nothing. If nothing else, this album and the aforementioned EP represent a formidable creative peak, if that is in fact the case. The band (are they a band?) hit a stride at this point and basically went inactive when interest did not meet expectations, financially, I’m guessing. Creatively, it’s solid.
Got all three of these Hollenthon LP reissues via High Roller Records webshop when ordering up Morbid Saint and a few other things. All a nicely done.
