Like most metalhead teenagers in the 1980s Iron Maiden was central in my musical universe. During this time I begin to come across and pick up their 12-inch singles as they always featured amazing Derek Riggs artwork and typically included non-album tracks that could be covers, originals, live versions, or even all three, which is the case here. After a while I realized I had a lot of them and went hard to get them all… which I never did fully accomplish. I did manage to accumulate a significant stash and they make for a great accompaniment when listening to the full length albums.
This is a 1980 French pressing with a nice heavy stock sleeve (some of these could be thinner paper sleeves). Don’t remember when or where I got this, but definitely used and in the 1980s… some I got in the early 90s too. Usually between $5-$10 back in the day,
