The Tygers Of Pan Tang come back strong with their second album featuring a revamped lined featuring new singer Jon Deverill and soon to be legendary guitarist Jon Sykes. Except for Jess Cox, the rest of the band is unchanged. This album got them a lot of attention at the time and is still considered a crucial NWOBHM release… which it is. The band wisely brought in producer Chris Tsgrangarides to great effect. While the first album is a beautiful recording takes a little getting used to, this one hits the ground with all guns blazing and doesn’t stop.
Original 1981 US pressing. I get lucky at record shows on occasion and this is an example of that.
