Yggdrasill was initially released on cassette as a demo tape and represents the band at their most raw. Despite lo-fi recording and the total chaos going on, I sort of the the shit out of this release. Thinking of digging into my Enslaved collection, so why not start at the beginning.
This is a 2023 Norwegian repress/reissue on Enslaved’s on label, By Norse Music and it’s great.
