Ballermann is Grobschnitt’s second album and it’s quite a thing. Grobschnitt make a kind of music that is both seriously progressive and serious, but still a bit goofy at times. It’s a funny (weird) combination, but it somehow works like a charm. Ballerman amazing and the fact that their entirety of the second LP contains the studio version of the band’s iconic “Solar Music Suite” if you are into German prog, this is a fantastic diversion.
