Another Manilla Road masterwork of epic metal goodness. This album more or less illustrates the band’s early incorporation of thrash metal into their sound and they make it work for them. Solid album for a band already clocking a list of high quality material, in that unconventional Manilla Road style.
2014 German reissue on High Roller Records. This particular is came out as a 2xLP set and includes both the original version of the album and the reimagining release done by New Jersey label Sentinel Steel in 2000, which saw the album reordered and drastically remixed to emphasize the thrash sounds and beef thing up. Gotta say, the remix is successful and sounds great, but I still prefer the original version, which is, admittedly, a less powerful mix.
