This is proto-metal. Kingdom Come careens and blasts with reckless abandon but somehow holds it all together when it seems like it’s gonna fall on its face. An unusual display of a band pushing themselves to the edge of their abilities and still bringing it all home. An early 70s heavy rock masterwork. Get it in your ears.
Original 1970 US pressing on Mercury. Not the cleanest record I own, but it plays nicely and the jams are sooooo good!
