This is the next release in the latest of this killer Voïvod rarity series. As indicated from the title, these are some early demos for the eventual 1993 epic The Outer Limits. Before this was announced is late March, I had no idea there were even any complete demos from this cycle. The 17-minute masterpiece “Jack Luminous” hadn’t been written at the time of this recording, but instead are five… FIVE never before released (fully developed) songs. Piggy has always been a prolific composer and I am still amazed at the sheer quantity and quality of pretty much everything he ever did. He literally channeled music and the world is a better place because of his work. Amazing.
2024 Canadian (first) pressing in Blacky’ Minemine Records. Absolute gold. No link available for this yet I’m afraid.
