Darkestrah takes on the Great Silk Road folklore. For reasons I don’t really understand, this album gets dumped on a bit but I like it plenty. Has an epic historical feel and I find it a pretty solid listen. Admittedly, it’s been a while since I’d heard this album, but time has been good to m my reflections of this one.
2014 Canadian reissue on Shaytan Productions and it’s a lovely gatefold presentation as well as a high quality pressing. I literally just got this LP copy a few days ago.
