The first proper Yob album was initially released in 2002 on CD via independent label 12th Records. Its excellent, but also a fairly raw recording, even compared to their ‘00 demo. Not released on vinyl until 2023 and gotta say, the new mastering for LP really does seem better than the original CD release. There’s a part of me that misses the old cover art (last image below) but the new visuals are solid.
2023 US reissue on from Relapse Records and it’s fantastic.
