Zombi had a solid initial run between 2003-2015, consistently releasing albums and EPs, while also venturing on a gradual, yet steady evolutionary path. By the time Shape Shift came out in 2915 the band had a really cool 1980s futuristic synthwave fine going on, accented by real bass and drums. Heavy, spacey, pulsing… great album.
2015 US pressing on Relapse Records and it’s very nice in sound and presentation.
