While I concede that Osibisa is an unusual choice for a soundtrack for a movie such as Super Fly T.N.T. I cannot deny that I fucking love this album! Osibisa puts together a killer selection of tunes and themes deliver a soundtrack that’s not only effective within the film, but one that stands on its own. This record smokes.
1973 US pressing on Buddah Records and I am stoked to have it.
