Cressida was a UK band that formed in 1968. Briefly called Charge before switching to the name Cressida, they only released two albums during their initial run, this self titled LP and its follow up and Asylum in 1971. The made a nice blend of heavy prog, symphonic prog, and jazz/fusion vibes. Great stuff!
2003 Italian reissue on Akarma. Landed this copy used at a place called Flashback Records in London a couple of years ago and it’s great.
