Not totally sure how I came across Excel, but it was definitely at the end of the 1980s with this album, which still remains my favorite by them all these years later. Killer west coast crossover punk/metal… at a time when the thrash and crossover scenes were tanking a bit, this album was a point of proof that the spark had not yet gone out. Absolutely badass. Guitarist Adam Siegel would go on to join Infectious Grooves around the same time this was released… maybe rolling both bands for a time? Dude was/is a badass player.
1989 US pressing on Caroline Records.
