For me, this is the beginning of a strong run for new Hawkwind studio albums. Blood Of The Earth is an inspired blend of sounds from different Hawkwind eras and really starts to bring some focus into this next era of the band’s sound, which somehow continues to get even better at this late stage. Fantastic album.
2010 UK pressing on Back On Black. I literally just landed this copy a few days ago and it’s a beauty.
