Kin Ping Meg’s appropriately titled second album picks up immediately where their first one wraps up. Very much a continuation of what they were working on with their debut. While considered a prog album, I’d say that’s a loose definition of their sound. Definitely more in the heavy prog-leaning rock side of things… Deep Purple comes to mind… maybe a band like Audience? Shit, I am reaching now, haha. Great album though!
2011 European reissue on a label called Soundvision. I recently picked this up and suspected it was an unofficial release, but seems to be a legit pressing. Sounds great as well.
