It seems that the first Brainticket lineup fell apart during or immediately after the making of their debut album, leaving just Joel Vandroogennroeck to carry forward with a new lineup… Psychonaut is the first step in that direct. Much more subdued than Cottonwoodhill, but still really good. Love the track Watchin’ You at the end of the first side.
2010 US reissue on Purple Pyramid. Seems alright, if a bit of a budget release.
