These guys formed in Düsseldorf, Germany circa 1984 and originally called themselves Samhain. In 1986 they signed with Noise Records, changed their name to Deathrow, and recorded/released their debut album Riders Of Doom. The album was released in some markets under the title Satan’s Gift and featured different artwork entirely. Raw recording, chainsaw riffs, Killer thrash metal all the way. Produced by Ralf Hubert, no less!
2018 European reissue from Noise/BMG. This edition includes the album on the first LP with a bonus LP featuring their Samhain demo and some rehearsals from 1985. Insert shows the Satant’s Gift cover artwork too (added below).
