Grand Magus' self-titled debut album, released in 2001, marked the Swedish trio's entrance into the heavy metal scene with a sound rooted in doom and stoner metal. The album blends thick, sludgy riffs with powerful, blues-infused vocals from frontman JB Christoffersson, creating a raw yet epic atmosphere. Good shit and I love their first this albums, this of course being their debut. Solid jams.
2014 UK repress on Rise Above Records. I literally bought the first three GM albums at the Rise Above shop in London a few years ago. Still stoked about it, hah.
