Whew! It’s been a long time since I’d listened to this album! I’ve nearly forgotten how unique and cool the band’s debut album was. Much more contemplative than even its immediate follow-ups, this one is a good quiet afternoon listen vs. late night drug fueled partying like much of their other material, hah. Fantastic debut.
2024 US reissue on Wax Trax! Records. Another recent Chicago pickup, this time at Bucket ‘O’ Blood Books & Records. Have always had this on CD and happy to have this vinyl addition as well.
