Unlike Chrome’s later works, which leaned more towards experimental and industrial sounds, “The Visitation” is rooted in a psychedelic vein with progressive rock leanings. Honestly, this album is nothing less than whack. The band haven’t quite found their direction at this point, but the progressive rock leanings are eyebrow raising, even to a jaded asshole such as I. Wild.
