Pure Electric Soul is a killer album by the Japanese heavy rock band Creation. Known for blending heavy rock and blues with a unique electric soul sound, the album reflects influences from guitarist Kazuo Takeda’s time in the U.S. and collaborations with American musicians such as Felix Pappalardi. Surprisingly good for a 1977 release of this kind of stuff.
