Here Come The Warm Jets is the debut solo album by Brian Eno after his departure from Roxy Music. Blending art rock, glam, and experimental pop, the album is a highlights Eno’s unique approach to music-making, which emphasizes sonic textures and unpredictability. Featuring a host of guest musicians—including members of Roxy Music, King Crimson, and Hawkwind—the record is characterized by its surreal lyrics, innovative production techniques, and a sense of playful irreverence. Eno has a keen ability to bring light onto areas where light does not always exist, and the world is a better place because of his work.
1974 US pressing from Island Records. For this at A-1 Records in NYC on the cheap, but I still think I got a steal due to how well this thing plays! A+ find IMHO.
