Coroner is one of my all time favorite thrash bands from the 1980s. While completely original is a ton of ways, aesthetically, they land right between two of my other favorite bands.,, Voïvod and Celtic Frost. Coroner hits all the marks for me! Thrash metal excellence with progressive, psychedelic, and experimental leanings through and through. No More Color is the band’s third album and possibly one of their best. An absolute masterpiece.
2018 European reissue from Century Media/Columbia/Sony Music. Like the same reissues of R.I.P. and Punishment For Decadence, its bare bones but 100% serviceable.
