To end the day on a classy note, I leave you with Raven’s Stay Hard album. Initially part of the NWOBHM movement, the band has ventured into speed metal and skirted the LA metal scene a bit in the mid-80s… and with this being released in 1985 we find the band in full on commercial mode. Yet it rocks. I wanted to make jokes, but I’m a little impressed.
