Not going to write a lot about this album right now. However, it’s basically a masterpiece of technical death medal and a jaw-dropping display of technicality and song craft at the same time. This is the band’s last album before Dan Mongrain would join Voïvod to great effect, yet at the cost of Martyr subsequently splitting up… the band have recently reformed, so hopefully something will come of it. Amazing album and 100% worth checking out if you are into progressive or technical metal.
