A bit more of a shakeup with the lineup between 1990-92, and the band emerges even a shade more progressive than before. Kaleidoscope stands as a bold and innovative work, successfully melding technical thrash metal with classical influences in ways that hadn’t yet been done in 1992. The album also features a faithful cover of the Genesis song “Dance On A Volcano” Decidedly Mekong Delta’s last progressive thrash album before the band would shift heavily towards neoclassical metal. Absolutely worth a listen!
