Strange Universe blends soulful blues and heavy rock elements, delivering a melodic yet forceful sound. This is the band’s third album and probably my favorite. Anyone that know anything about Frank Marino knows he’s a massive Jimi Hendrix freak and the band’s sound is reminiscent of Hendrix in some ways. Cool band, and criminally overlooked, then and now.. Strange Universe is where it’s at.
