Lovehunter further explores early Whitesnake’s heavy, soulful blues rock sound while also pushing the band, if only slightly into the hard rock directions, particularly with the title track, which is pretty badass… solid record overall, really. Gotta love the cover on this one too! Classic, haha!
1980 German repress on Liberty/United Artists. Record show pickup from many years ago and I kept the old price tags on it as they are the old Deutsche Mark prices. Couldn’t bare to remove tags for this long dead currency. The LP sounds amazing.
