Neu! ’75 marks a striking evolution in the sound of the German duo, splitting the album into two contrasting halves that reflect the diverging creative directions of Michael Rother and Klaus Dinger. The first side is rooted in serene, ambient textures and the signature motorik rhythm, while second half turns sharply toward a more aggressive, proto-punk energy. Wild, but an absolutely fantastic album.
