This is of course the second installment of the NW Metalworx compilation series of underground and lesser known Pacific Northwest heavy metal bands and this round seems to have a focus on Lake Hills, which is an area around Bellevue & Kirkland, Washington… both Seattle suburbs. Most of this stuff is live or demo recordings but the quality is pretty damn solid for the most part. Some of these bands are excellent and some… not so much… sorry Sabbatar, yikes! Definitely a good comp if like early heavy metal and/or interested in the evolution of the PNW/Seattle music scene.
2019 US pressing on NW Metalworx Music. There’s a third volume of this out there and pretty sure I need to get it too.
