I stumbled across this used a few weeks ago at a local shop and somehow hadn’t connected that this was a project between James Plotkon and Thorr’s Hammer vocalist Runhild Gammelsæter. What I also didn’t expect is that this would be some wild avant-garde, esoteric, black metal, ambient insanity. Unique and awesome album, but not for everyone.
2014 US reissue on Hydra Head Records and I dig it. Cover is interesting… first two are original presentation, but rotated them again below to see how they interact (if at all). Still not sure what I am looking at.
