Michael Schenker Group - Rock Will Never Die (1984)

Rock Will Never Die was released as a live home video and an album in 1984 and while it’s awesome that MSG dropped a video concert at this point, the live LP is a bit weak sauce in comparison to the insanely good Live At Budokon from 1981. But hey, I’m a weirdo and had to close out the original Michael Schenker Group era. I dunno, not a crucial release but Michael Schenker is huge for me, so happy to have this. Klaus Meine and Rudolph Schenker joining the band for a stomping rendition of “Doctor, Doctor” ups the cool factor though.

1984 UK pressing on Chrysalis. I wasn’t looking for this album but stumbled across it at a small shop called The Sound Machine in Reading, England for like £5. Zero complaints.
