This 2xLP split release features four different bamds/ artists, each getting a full side. Musically, these bands largely fall into the west coast stoner/psych vibes with Pulse Emitter and Date Palms on the ambient spectrum, while Expo ‘70 has a heavy stoner psych feel. I expected Faceplant to be more punk, but it’s actually more of an electronic psych sound, hah. I’ve only recently been digging into Date Palms and came across this for $5, so seemed a no-brainer. Unexpected split release, but this is great.
2012 US RSD limited release on a label called Immune. Sounds great. Haven’t yet been able to round up all the tracks on this, but link covers most of it.
