There are roughly three albums I am skipping across between Help and Floating Coffin, but this is what I own. The band seem tighter here, a bit closer to their signature sound than earlier material, plus more confident in direction and playing capabilities, to my ears anyway. Floating Coffins seems a gateway the more kodern modern Oh Sees sound IMHO. Still rooted in garage psych and punk, but a little more developed and (dare I say) prog direction. This album is unique, weird, and pretty fucking awesome.
2022 US reissue on Castle Face and it sounds fantastic.
