Black Star is a four song EP release by Candlemass with the first two songs (on the A-side) being brand new original cuts, while the second half of the record are cover tunes originally made by Black Sabbath and Pentagram, respectively. I dunno, it’s brief but it hits pretty good. The EP seems to be getting blasted be metal-archives, but people need to catch a mellow. It’s not earthshaking, but it’s a good listen.
