After many years of inactivity, Hobbs Angel Of Death returns once again with Heaven Bled, their third and final full length studio album. While I’m not sure the band could ever really top their 1987 debut, this album is undoubtedly a potent dose of thrash metal. Maybe not super crucial for most, but if you’re a fan of Peter Hobbs brand of thrash… self described “virgin metal”, then this could be for you. Pretty good shit!
Rest in peace Peter Hobbs who passed away in 2019, which is of course why there is no more Hobbs Angel Of Desth.
2017 US pressing on Hells Headbangers. Includes a 7-inch with a couple of bonus tracks as well. Overall looks and sounds great.
