Karl Sanders continues his Egyptian ambient/experimental/etherial musical explorations with Saurian Exorcisms and while I get that all Nile fans may not be down for what’s happening here, I am into weird esoteric diversions such as this. While Saurian Meditation was, well more meditative, Saurian Exorcisms is just a tad more percussive, but with all of the Egyptian vibes that anyone familiar with Nile or his other solo work would comprehend. I haven’t listened to this nearly as much as I did Saurian Meditation, but I like it.
