I am always surprised that Pentagram is able to pull together a working band and actually record/release interesting music all these years later despite Bobby Liebling’s endless substance abuse problems. Yet, Curious Volume is pretty much alright. Heavy james and well put together… even Liebling sounds good here. Universal anomaly, this Pentagram band.
2015 UK pressing on Peaceville Records and it jams. Got this brand new, online from Rasputin Rarities, which was the outlet seller of for San Francisco’s Rasputin’s Music & Movies regional chain for many years; now defunct.
