Flammende Herzen is the debut solo album of NEU! guitarist Michael Rother. While less experimental than what NEU! Was up to before this, Rother’s solo work does reflect that band’s more contemplative material and with Can’s Jaki Liebzeit on drums, this LP is nothing less than excellent.
