Pathfinder is the band’s third album and the first Beggars Opera album I picked up back in 2015 and to be honest, I haven’t spent a lot of time with it since first checking it out all those years ago. While Waters of Change is hitting me a bit better than this one, there much to enjoy. The back cover espouses claim of massive evolution from album to album, but this feels like a logical, if less focused, follow up to its predecessor. Good album, and certainly worthy of more attention than I’ve given it thus far. What am I even trying to convey here?! Hah!
