The Dark Sides is a six song EP of King Diamond odds and sods from the band’s first few album cycles (1986-88) and it’s some solid ass tunes. Most of these tracks were hard to get prior to this release and they’re good, so it’s a nice little collection. Crucial? Only if you’re a King Diamond fan, but it’s undoubtedly a good spin!
1988 European pressing on Roadrunner Records and the only original King Diamond piece of vinyl in my collection as nearly all of my KD LPs are reissues. It sound fucking great.
