Tormentor being German thrash titans Kreator, the Blitzkrieg cassette is the band’s first ever demo release. While the band were still developing their style, the demo shows an intent of violence and aggression, even if the execution has a bit more to go. Not sure what’s been driving this from within, but I’ve been loving these old thrash and heavy metal demos getting issued on vinyl like this. That classic method of developing ideas for this kind of music is fucking fascinating to me. Leave it to High Roller to set the set the standard for these type of releases and I’m here for it.
