Corrosion Of Conformity (2012)

Corrosions Of Conformity’s self titled album picks right up from the Your Tomorrow 7-inch with the power trio lineup featuring Mike Dean on vox. He sounds a bit better on this full length than the 7-inch. While certainly not a return to the ferocity of th Animosity era, I’d say this album is a pretty good ride. Definitely a little punk with stoner rock vibes, and I’m alright with it. This lineup would go on to release an EP title Megalodon and one more album titled IX, before eventually rejoining with Pepper Keenan. Sadly, I don’t have either of those on vinyl at this time or I’d play ‘em through.

2012 US pressing on Candlelight Records USA. Comes with a 7-inch.
