Darkspace -1, the 2012 edition is apparently a re-recorded version of the band’s original 2002 demo. I’ve read some folks shitting on this release, and while I’d rather just have a good transfer of the original demo recording as a vinyl release, I can’t deny that this sounds pretty good as well.. I’ve I were more invested, way of this was Voïvod or Celtic Fronst, in could see having a shit fit about it, but I dig this one. I’d still prefer a reissue of the original recordings too, but I’m good for now. Deep, dark, cold..: so good.
2019 Italian pressing on Avantgarde Music. Came across this used at a local shop a little while back and it sounds great.
