Hannibal was a jazz/rock band out of Birmingham, England that only released one album in their brief time together. This 1970 self titled debut is an incredible slab of jazz/rock fusion with a smattering of blues and progressive rock and it simply jams. Tragically overlooked beauty. Produced by Roger Bain in the same year that he produced Black Sabbath’s debut.
2010 unofficial German reissue that’s basically a counterfeit version of an early Philips pressing. I picked this up a few years ago while on a gig in Brussels and it’s a pretty solid release.
