This live recording of Magma was originally made as part of a 1974 Radio Bremen broadcast of the band’s set while playing in Germany. The production is what it is, but everything comes through clarity enough that it’s still a great listen. My guess would be that they live mix audio engineer was a classical guy and recoded this as such. Cool record!
2017 German reissue (first vinyl release) from MiG. It sort of looks like a bootleg or something, but it plays great. Silent, good levels, no surface noise.
